Meet John Vander Gheynst

John is a seeker of truth, an admirer of human excellence, and a student of what works. He believes this encompasses business practices, leadership skills, an optimal mindset, personal development, and about a thousand other things. He has had the privilege of working with some of the brightest minds in business and co-creating meaningful changes.

As a trainer, John specializes in sales and coaching language, coaching technique, and helping clients understand how to become aware of the unconscious programming that is holding them back. As a consultant, John loves to help businesses understand where to optimize the systems and skills that affect productivity and profit.

A simple, four step process that when undertaken seriously will lead to expanded results in a person’s life. It’s simple, not easy, and will invariably lead to growth.

Decide what you want and why you want it.
Your vision must be compelling and aligned with your values. It might be 10 years, 1 year, or 1 month out. Thinking into your future is the key.

Identify exactly where you are now.
Understand the experiences, thought patterns, and circumstances that have led you to be exactly where you are.

Systematically work through any obstacles.
Dig in to anything that keeps you from having your vision right now. It might be what you are doing, not doing, how well you are doing it, or how you think or feel about doing it. Everything is fair game when it comes to removing what is keeping you from what you want.

Plan the work to be done, including what must change.
Do the work and monitor your results for success. Be flexible when things don't work as planned. Be accountable to yourself and your to your vision.
